Engineering Manager, Reporting & Analytics

Fleetio is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Reporting & Analytics areas. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality features and solutions for our web platform, empowering users with premium analytics and reporting solutions that transform their fleet operations. This role involves influencing engineering leadership, technical strategy, code quality and performance, and mentorship. You'll collaborate with product engineering leaders and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver releases. Develop engineering talent and grow their careers. The ideal candidate has technical expertise, leadership skills, business acumen, and strategic vision. You should have experience with Ruby-on-Rails, big data, warehouse technologies, and BI tools, along with managing high-performing engineering teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
