Responsibilities:

  • Support new customer onboarding for a successful launch and maintain structured success plans with adoption milestones and growth opportunities.
  • Educate customers on best practices and new features while advising on continuous improvement to drive their long-term success.
  • Lead challenging customer situations with professionalism and partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience with ownership of renewals and expansion, preferably in retail environments.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across customer organizations and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and project-management skills to coordinate stakeholders, use data for strategy, and manage retention and growth.

Compensation and Culture:
