- Support new customer onboarding for a successful launch and maintain structured success plans with adoption milestones and growth opportunities.
- Educate customers on best practices and new features while advising on continuous improvement to drive their long-term success.
- Lead challenging customer situations with professionalism and partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and optimization.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience with ownership of renewals and expansion, preferably in retail environments.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across customer organizations and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and project-management skills to coordinate stakeholders, use data for strategy, and manage retention and growth.
