AI Workflow & Automation Lead - People Operations

Strategy and Roadmap:

• Define and maintain the AI and workflow automation roadmap for People Ops, aligned with People strategy and enterprise AI principles.
• Partner with People Ops leaders to identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve speed, quality, and consistency.

Build and Deployment:

• Work with People Tech, IT, and vendors to configure and deploy workflows, bots, and digital assistants in TKO’s toolset.
• Coordinate pilots and A/B tests, ensuring solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance standards with appropriate human-in-the-loop controls.

Operations and Improvement:

• Monitor performance dashboards to investigate failure modes and exceptions, refining intents and rules to improve accuracy and experience.
• Collaborate with the People Insights Manager to define and track key metrics, quantifying the business impact of automation for leadership.

Governance and Change:

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to TKO’s AI governance principles, including fairness, transparency, explainability, and auditability.
• Create and execute change plans for new workflows, enabling teams to effectively use and champion new tools.
