Job Description
As an Associate Project Manager, you will provide administrative and logistical support to the broader PMO team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key decisions. You will assist in maintaining project documentation such as meeting minutes, decision logs, status reports, and risk registers (RAID logs). Support project planning by helping create and update timelines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines. You will independently lead smaller projects or workstreams as assigned, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment. Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, helping resolve scheduling and logistical issues.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and share project updates and contribute to effective decision-making by documenting options and outcomes, and escalating issues when needed. Proven experience managing small to medium-sized projects with strong delivery outcomes will be critical. Being skilled in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office, etc.) and systems automation is important, as well as being highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
