Regional Property Manager

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of sites, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance, and value for money. Acting as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, you will manage projects, contracts, and site operations while aligning services with EDF’s standards and best practices. As the Regional Property Manager, you will monitor performance, lead contract renewals, and ensure services meet evolving business needs. You’ll oversee compliance with FM, HS&E legislation, and EDF policies, maintaining a focus on safety and sustainability. Working closely with site teams, external providers, and regulatory bodies, you will ensure optimal service delivery and cost control. With operational responsibility for your sites, you will manage Facilities Management staff, oversee KPI reporting, and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
