You will build features that touch millions of customers and directly impact Aura's growth and revenue.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments, ship quickly, and iterate based on results.
You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to ship features rapidly, while applying your own software expertise and judgment to ensure quality.

What you bring to the table (required experience and skills):

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping and maintaining products in production.
Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL, REST APIs).
Experience with analytics and observability tools, AI-assisted development tools, and strong communication skills in a remote-first environment.

It would be nice if you had (preferred experience and skills):

Experience with React Native or mobile app development.
Familiarity with subscription/payment systems or e-commerce flows.
Experience with A/B testing, marketing tech integrations (e.g., Braze), and AWS infrastructure (Terraform/HCL).
