Senior Software Engineer, Growth

Daily Adventures and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engineering strategies for rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Architect scalable systems for growth initiatives like onboarding flows, personalization engines, and viral loops.
• Implement A/B testing and data instrumentation to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of experiments.

Competencies:

• Proactively acts without being told what to do, driving best practices to deliver high-quality, performant solutions.
• Communicates effectively, clearly, and concisely, both technical and non-technical, and actively listens.
• Takes ownership over everything shipped and helps teammates overcome obstacles.

Skills & Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in frontend or full-stack development building large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux, and at least one backend language (Ruby, Python, or Node.js).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), REST APIs, and A/B testing platforms.
