Frontend Manager Software Engineer (Hands-On) | Partners Acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a cross-functional engineering team while maintaining a hands-on approach to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making.
• Drive development of highly optimized self-service products that reduce friction and improve onboarding experiences for business partners.
• Design and evolve experimentation platforms and processes to enable reliable A/B testing and data-driven product improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing or leading cross-functional software engineering teams in high-growth, product-focused environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend development using React and TypeScript, plus deep architectural knowledge of full-stack ecosystems (Kotlin/Java, AWS).
• Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies (Growthbook, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely) and AI-assisted development tools.
