Key Responsibilities:
- Own the frontend architecture strategy for B2C and B2B platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of 20–25 frontend developers, including team leads.
- Drive optimization initiatives to deliver high-performance, low-latency user experiences.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading frontend engineering teams, ideally managing 20+ engineers.
- Strong technical expertise in JavaScript, React, and modern frontend practices.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services like CloudFront, S3, and CI/CD pipelines.
