Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a full-stack team; own hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, performance, and career growth.
- Own delivery of full-stack product features, balancing scope, quality, and timelines.
- Figure out ambiguous problems, adapt to shifting priorities, and remove obstacles to keep the team moving.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in software engineering with 2+ years managing engineers, strong technical depth in TypeScript, React, and Kotlin.
- Proven ability to deliver complex features end to end and operate in ambiguity.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, paired with strong leadership and communication skills.
