Staff Software Engineer

**About the Role:**

• Build next-generation workflow tools and AI features to enable customers to fund and break ground on renewable energy projects in months, not years.
• Collaborate with renewable energy experts and end users to turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Lead teams, architect scalable web services, and mentor engineers across a fullstack environment.

**Who You Are:**

• 8+ years of experience building web-based applications with a proven track record leading teams and owning large-scale outcomes.
• Experience mentoring and supporting engineers through code reviews, process improvements, and elevating team performance.
• Broad fullstack experience with modern languages and frameworks; we use React, TypeScript, Kotlin, and Rails.
