People Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, and UX/UI practitioners.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, set clear goals, and own performance management.
  • Partner with talent acquisition to recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members.

Delivery & Execution:

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage the team's delivery process to ensure on-schedule, quality work.
  • Drive agile practices such as Scrum/Kanban during sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Track progress, surface risks early, and communicate status to department leadership.

Technical Oversight:

  • Provide technical guidance and architectural review across front-end, back-end, and integrations.
  • Champion engineering best practices: code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure coding.
  • Partner with QA to embed quality and with UX/UI to ensure user-centered design.
