About the Role:
- Serve as a technical reference for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable Generative AI solutions.
- Bridge technical innovation, data security, and business impact within a stable team.
- Own the architecture and evolution of AI solutions over time.
Responsibilities:
- Define architecture standards for Generative AI and drive design decisions impacting multiple squads.
- Develop conversational AI solutions with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows to solve real business problems.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years in Software Engineering, with at least 1 year in AI/ML projects.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/React, and API development (FastAPI, Flask).
- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
