Senior Recruiter - Creative, Marketing & Operations | 9 month contract

As Canva continues to grow across EMEA, we're looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to help us find exceptional people across a variety of specialties. You’ll work closely with hiring managers in the region, using your recruitment expertise to shape hiring strategies, deliver seamless candidate experiences, and connect brilliant people to meaningful opportunities at Canva. You’ll take a creative, data-informed approach to sourcing, champion inclusive hiring practices, and keep quality at the heart of every hire. At the moment, this role is focused on: Managing end-to-end hiring processes across one or more specialty areas. Partnering with stakeholders to define role requirements, craft effective sourcing strategies, and guide best-practice hiring. Sourcing and engaging top talent globally using a blend of creativity, data and candidate insight. Acting as a brand ambassador and champion of Canva’s values in every candidate interaction. Driving inclusive hiring practices to help us build diverse, world-class teams. Using data and AI to continuously improve the way we hire from process to experience to quality.
