Job Description
The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for leading the strategic implementation of AI technologies across business operations to drive automation and increase employee productivity. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver high-impact, secure, and scalable AI solutions that streamline manual workflows. The Senior AI Engineer also establishes AI governance frameworks, prototypes and iterates on new ideas, and implements robust technical safeguards. In addition, this role plays a key part in change management efforts to support company-wide adoption of AI tools and best practices.
Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership, end-to-end execution capability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
