Your role:
- Join a small platform team that works with nearly every engineering team at Turnkey.
- Work independently across product and infrastructure teams on scaling and performance, turning requirements into shared solutions.
- Build tooling for performance and observability so teams can decide from data rather than intuition.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of platform engineering, infrastructure, or SRE experience with substantial distributed systems.
- Working experience with Golang, AWS, Postgres, Kubernetes, and observability tooling.
- A data-driven approach: define metrics, instrument systems, and tell the story of moving from X to Y.
