Provide warm, responsive support across email, chat, and phone helping customers find somewhere they will love to call home. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the next step in their journey. Use scripts and tools to create a consistent, top-tier customer experience. Assign leads to the right partner agents or teams. Troubleshoot questions or concerns with clarity and care. Flag issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team as needed. Jump in on additional tasks to help keep things running smoothly. Shifts for this position will be between 7 am and 7 pm US Central time.
