Role Overview:

  • Lead synchronous instruction for the Amazon Track Supply Chain Procurement Program over an 11-week core period.
  • Deliver 44 live sessions of two hours each, covering procurement fundamentals, sourcing, contract management, and Amazon simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical evaluation and grading of seven learner deliverables using strict rubric compliance.
  • Conduct weekly 30-minute alignment meetings with Program Career Coaches to support at-risk participants.
  • Offer 2-3 hours per week of 1:1 or small group office hours and monitor Slack channels for technical questions.

Qualifications:

  • Hold active ASCM membership and a valid professional credential (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent).
  • Documented completion of ASCM Train the Trainer and Learning Dynamics for Instructors (LDI) training.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of direct professional experience in procurement, corporate sourcing, or supply chain architecture.

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Work 10-14 hours per week for 15 weeks, with live sessions scheduled Monday-Thursday evenings Eastern Time.
  • Receive $65 per hour on a milestone-based payment structure (onboarding, mid-point, and final certification).
