Define, measure, and continuously improve what a “healthy” ezCater supply network looks like. They will own the integrity, accuracy, and strategic optimization of the restaurant network, ensuring every listing on the platform meets our standards for quality, compliance, and conversion potential. This key leader will modernize how ezCater monitors supply quality, identify gaps in supply and category coverage, drive our merchandising efforts forward and strengthen customer trust while enabling scalable, data-driven growth. Lead cross-functional efforts that span critical areas such as network policy and integrity, catalog health and supply & category optimization.

Establish a proactive quality governance program that prevents low-quality or non-compliant listings from entering the marketplace, protecting customer trust and platform integrity. Build a culture of policy clarity, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring long-term platform health. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing and engaged team, fostering a data-driven, customer-obsessed culture.
