- Manage a functional SAP CoE team covering FTM, Controlling, PTP, OTC, Basis, and Developers.
- Plan team workload and allocate resources between S/4HANA rollouts and BAU maintenance activities.

- Oversee BAU system operations and user support, ensuring end-to-end process consistency.
