Role Overview:
- Orchestrates ERP transformation initiatives across T-Systems, ensuring consistency with Deutsche Telekom Group strategy.
- Acts as central integration point between Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structures and operationalizes transformation streams, dependencies, and implementation plans.
- Prepares governance materials for steering committees and executive decision-making.
- Drives prioritization, resource planning, and risk management across multiple transformation workstreams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP ERP transformation environments within large enterprises.
- Strong background in program coordination, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
- Fluent English required, German is a strong advantage.
