About the Role:
- Lead the Nutrition pillar product team, managing 3 PMs and delivering the roadmap.
- Ship a beta by Q3 and evolve the coaching system into an AI-adaptive experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and develop PMs, set quality bar for their thinking and output.
- Ensure coherence across the coaching experience with engineering.
- Define and own success metrics for coaching effectiveness and engagement.
What You Bring:
- 5–8 years of PM experience, including 2+ years leading PMs.
- Track record of shipping in cross-org, distributed environments.
- Genuine interest in behavior change and health-related consumer apps.
