Director of Product Management, Shopping & Offers

What You'll Do:

• Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy, and translate that vision into clear roadmaps and decisions that teams can execute against.
• Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer-facing surfaces, including Home, Search, and Profile/Settings, ensuring a simple and consistent experience across platforms.
• Lead and grow a high-performing PM team. Build, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, including people managers.

What We Look For:

• 10+ years of product management leadership, with a proven track record of shipping large-scale consumer products in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Strategic Clarity: Demonstrated ability to bring 'clarity when things feel messy,' turning ambiguous problems into crisp narratives and structured execution plans.
• AI/LLM Fluency: Familiarity with AI-native product development, including agentic patterns and LLM-powered discovery experiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay range per year: $267,000 - $360,000 depending on location and experience.
