About The Role:
- This role owns major components of the company’s financial planning and performance management framework.
- Translates complex financial and operational data into clear insights that inform executive decision‑making.
- The Senior Manager will lead advanced financial modeling and guide cross‑functional stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Own and drive the key components of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Lead the financial narrative for executive leadership and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Act as the primary FP&A partner to senior functional leaders, influencing strategic and operational decisions.
Qualifications & Interests:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field is required.
- An MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required and experience in building, owning and scaling FP&A systems and infrastructure.
