Senior Securities Counsel- Corporate Governance

This role involves:

• Securities Law & Disclosure: Providing expert advice on securities law compliance and leading the preparation/review of the proxy statement and annual report.
• Stockholder Engagement: Supporting engagement with institutional investors on various topics and managing relationships with proxy advisory firms.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Working closely with different departments to ensure consistency and serving as a senior member of the corporate legal leadership team.
