Creative Production Lead

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality proposal documents, presentations, and graphics for bid materials.
• Collaborate with proposal managers and subject-matter experts to translate complex technical information into compelling visual assets.
• Maintain and enhance proposal templates, style guides, and graphic libraries.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or document production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven record of leadership.
