Project Planning & Governance:
- Conduct project kick-off calls and prepare detailed plans and milestones.
- Establish governance structure, manage RAIDD log, and track change requests.
- Maintain project documentation and conduct weekly status meetings.
Build Oversight:
- Coordinate execution with Technical Lead and Engineers, oversee sprint planning and backlog progress.
- Track deliverables against scope, schedule, and quality metrics.
- Ensure dependencies (integrations, hardware readiness, client inputs) are managed.
Go-Live Planning & Execution:
- Develop cutover plan, coordinate command center activities, and manage hypercare period.
- Lead project closure activities and transition to support if applicable.
