About the Role:
- We're looking for an MBA summer intern to own one high-impact project over ~10–12 weeks.
- Not a rotational program. Not shadowing. Not slide-making for someone else's meeting.
- A real, contained project with a measurable business outcome, owned by you end-to-end.
What You'll Do:
- Run the diagnostic work to understand the real problem (data analysis, customer interviews, process mapping).
- Ship the first working version of the solution and pilot it with a subset of prospects/users.
- Write the documentation, build the tooling, or record the training so your work outlives the summer.
Who You Are:
- Current MBA student at a top program.
- Strong analytical chops and clear communicator.
- Comfortable in a remote, async-first environment across the Americas.
