Sr. Manager, Technical Accounting

Coupa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Technical Accounting to join our financial reporting team. This critical role will support Coupa’s continued growth by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements and technical accounting positions. You’ll leverage your deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations to lead financial reporting, research complex accounting matters, and collaborate across the organization. You will assist in the preparation, research, and analysis of technical accounting matters and draft memos to document the company’s position in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external auditors to identify and resolve technical accounting issues and financial reporting matters. You'll manage the company’s financial reporting process, conduct variance analyses of financial statements, research and document technical accounting issues, review new accounting standards, support month-end close, financial reviews, M&A integration, and ensure SOX compliance.
