Direct Bill Supervisor

• The Direct Bill Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient recording, reconciliation, and reporting of direct bill revenue across Patriot's growing network of agencies.
• You will drive consistency, operational excellence, and financial accuracy while supporting the successful collection and reconciliation of direct bill commissions.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Direct Bill Accountants, providing coaching, training, and day-to-day support.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex reconciliation issues, carrier challenges, and unresolved direct bill exceptions.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and service levels, identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry, direct bill processes, and industry regulations.
• Experience with insurance agency management systems, preferably EPIC and BenefitPoint.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or supervising a team.
