Director, Supply Chain Finance

The Director, Supply Chain Finance is a key contributor on the Finance and Supply Chain leadership teams, ensuring financial targets and strategic initiatives are met while protecting assets, mitigating risks, and driving a sustainable internal control environment. This position leads a team of remote associates and interacts with all functions of the organization, including executive management. This role will partner with the Vice President, Supply Chain to develop and drive short-, mid- and long-term strategies, plans, and budgets; and serves as strategic finance counsel. The director will lead several teams with direct responsibility for all financial aspects of the operations including monthly close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and capital spending. The role involves driving improvement in the quality of internal and external financial data to enable business decision making and performance, tracking and reporting key performance metrics consistently and accurately for the Supply Chain function, and ensuring effective & efficient systems and controls are in place within the Supply Chain function to ensure a sound control environment and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
