Compliance QA Analyst

The Core Compliance Team focuses on governance, risk, and oversight, serving as a strategic partner to the business in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk. This role involves managing the FIU QA program from start to finish, including maintaining, updating, and executing the FIU QA program across transaction and blockchain monitoring, investigations, and Suspicious Reporting filings. The role also includes conducting QA reviews across compliance functions such various programs within Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), and Sanctions. You will analyze quality performance data, including customer feedback, to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Document findings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. This role reports into the Global Head of Core Compliance and is remote.
