Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of three direct reports.
- Foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Consolidation & Executive Reporting:
- Own the "Total Company" P&L.

Operating Expense & Strategic Partnering:

Systems & Process Governance:
- Provide strategic direction for our financial planning software.
- Drive continuous improvement in the forecasting cycle.
