Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test systems software and hardware for functional and diagnostic testing.
- Provide remote and on-site customer support including troubleshooting and training.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering required.
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and LabVIEW.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
- Travel up to 60% and occasional work on second shift, third shift, or weekends.
- Must be able to work independently and follow change-control and documentation procedures.
