Sourcing and Logistics Lead

Overview:

• We're seeking a high-ownership Sourcing and Logistics Lead to build the operational backbone.
• This role is focused on the "nitty-gritty" of procurement planning based on production schedules.
• You will ensure we have the correct raw parts to meet the units required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales pipelines and production schedules to determine exact raw part requirements.
• Own the sourcing of components and materials across multiple vendors and contract manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and demand forecasts.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles.
• Strong background in the "buying" and sourcing side of manufacturing.
• Experience managing suppliers and contract manufacturers in a hardware environment.
