Overview:
- Partner with Business Leads to design, develop, test, and implement specialized Anaplan ICM solutions.
- Lead Anaplan projects by converting complex Excel or Word-based sales commission plans into scalable models.
- Drive data integrity and model optimization within the Anaplan environment to ensure proper support for the NA instance.
Responsibilities:
- Translate complex, Excel or Word-based sales commissions into scalable models.
- Work closely with the Lead Model Builder to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Support the North American region and mitigate risks as the team evolves.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or an equivalent qualification.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Incentive Compensation Planning, Sales Territory & Quota Planning, or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
