About the Role:
- Provide virtual counseling for children and their caregivers, helping families understand diagnoses and build effective home supports.
- Help children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen emotional well-being.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver 80% clinical and 20% administrative work, with a consistent caseload and streamlined workflows.
- Collaborate among experts in neurology, speech therapy, and behavioral health.
What We Offer:
- Flexible scheduling with part-time (10-29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours) options.
- Competitive hourly pay: $42.67-$59.74 per hour, plus benefits for full-time including PTO, CEU stipend, 401k matching, health, vision, and dental.
