Will lead a team focused on the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of direct mail communication initiatives aimed at enhancing patient health outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with A+ leadership, healthcare providers, and practice teams to design and implement integrated, multi-channel patient outreach campaigns. Additionally, the role is responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of provider- and practice-facing materials to ensure alignment and effectiveness. A key component of this role involves applying a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to evaluate the performance of communication strategies. Insights will directly inform and shape the long-term strategic direction of the broader Patient and Practice Communications team and partners.
