Accounts Payable Analyst

Arista requires an Accounts Payable Analyst for a hybrid remote role, with the in-office portion of the work based out of Arista's Shannon office. The successful candidate will join a collaborative group that are an integral part of the finance function. The role will involve working closely with the accounting, treasury and international tax teams, as well as partnering with colleagues and business partners in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, preparing payment files, monitoring communications on Accounts Payable alias, expense report review and timely processing, preparing bank reconciliations and posting transactions. Additional responsibilities include preparing month end vendor reconciliations, adhering to reporting deadlines, liaising with service providers and other finance activities. The role requires an accounting technician/part qualified accountant with 3 years+ experience. The candidate should be a team player with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills. Experience of NetSuite and Concur is desirable.
