Job Description

Provide technical support to clients across Canada via phone and chat as a Remote Service Agent. You'll install, fix, solve, and enhance technology products as part of the Geek Squad team. Expect to work 24+ hours per week over 4-5 shifts. Shifts are up to 8.5 hours, and flexibility is key, with availability to work at least one weekend day. As a Remote Service Agent, you will identify and recommend solutions based on customers’ needs, facilitate product repair, and tutor clients. Completion of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
