Role Description:

  • Act as the first line of communication for clients that are embarking on a surgical procedure journey
  • Meet with clients to help set them up with their upcoming surgery, providing clarity on the process
  • Learn about clients needs and individualize communications based on those needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED w/ 2+ years experience in a related field
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong computer skills; preferred familiarity with EMRs
