Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess new and existing SKUs for POAO risk under UK and EU import regulations, managing EHC acquisition across US brand portfolio.
  • Obtain and maintain organic certification documentation, coordinating CoI requirements with control bodies.
  • Own the trade compliance tracker end-to-end, ensuring audit-ready records and proactive renewal flagging.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid hands-on experience in UK/EU customs or trade compliance, with strong attention to detail.
  • Coachable and eager to learn all areas of trade compliance, with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Confident communicating directly with suppliers and authorities, able to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
