Job Description

Lead a global cross-functional engineering team (dev, qa, devops disciplines) to deliver scalable SaaS solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Own technical design decisions and guide Development teams through AGILE SDLC. Oversee architectural design, coding standards, DevOps integration, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery lifecycle.

Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to align technology with business strategy and roadmap. Lead Engineering teams in Increment and Sprint Planning. Ensure platform security, compliance, scalability, and performance.
