Localization Lead

As a Localization Lead, you will coordinate translation projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and vendors. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee task distribution, troubleshoot challenges, and contribute valuable insights through reporting. This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in localization technologies and refine project management skills while working closely with diverse stakeholders throughout the localization process. You will collaborate with project managers, localization engineers, and cross-functional teams to enhance the localization process. You would be expected to oversee task distribution, quality assurance, and issue resolution, ensuring seamless workflow among translators and internal teams. You will analyze localization workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Communicate effectively in English, using phone, email, and digital collaboration tools within a global environment. You will leverage and expand knowledge of localization technologies, including CAT tools, HTML/XML, and automation solutions. You will maintain accurate documentation, generating reports to track progress and ensure operational transparency.
