Senior Engineering Manager

This role is for a Senior Engineering Manager where you’ll be a manager of managers, leading across multiple teams in an organization of around 20-30 people. You will be responsible for growing and building new squads, with direct reports including Tech Leads, Senior Engineers, and Engineering Managers. Senior Engineering Managers are accountable for the technical and delivery outcomes for their area, supporting and developing best-in-class engineering talent, and creating an inclusive team environment. In this role, you will structure, organize, support, and challenge your team to deliver on their mission. While coding isn't required, a strong technical background and experience as a software engineer are important. You'll be expected to ensure delivery and execution, foster engineering and operational excellence, provide strong people leadership, exert technical influence, build stakeholder relationships, and have organizational-wide impact.
