Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high quality customer care to create a positive experience for our B2B customers. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that entails the management of inbound calls, emails from customers as well processing customer orders while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities include timely and accurate order validation, managing order modifications, responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory, product information and discrepancies, and resolving customer-related problems. The candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional departments, utilize current technology to respond to customer requests, and must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
