Role Overview:
- You will own Morpho's US policy pipeline end to end, reporting to the General Counsel.
- You will translate complex rulemakings into clear positions for the protocol.
What You'll Do:
- Track SEC, CFTC, Treasury, and FinCEN rulemakings and maintain a live comment calendar.
- Draft comment letters, lead agency meetings, and coordinate with outside counsel and coalitions.
- Brief leadership on policy developments and their implications for DeFi lending.
Who You Are:
- You have 5-8 years on SEC or CFTC matters with strong regulatory writing skills.
- You are autonomous, low-ego, and comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts.
