The Marketing Communications Lead is a strategic leader and people manager within our fast-growing, diverse business unit. Managing the development and execution of integrated communications strategies that deliver consistent, compelling, and timely messaging across multiple brands, therapeutic areas, programs, and customer segments. The MarCom Lead champions executional excellence and team performance.
Responsibilities include: leading the planning, development, and execution of segment-specific communications plans and programs that drive business and marketing success. You will manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing MarCom team focused on delivering strategic and tactical excellence. Also, provide strategic counsel to Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize messaging and media mix by customer segment and therapeutic category.
