Commercial & Employment Litigation Attorneys

Attorneys will work under the direction of the Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leader and/or Partners in preparing matters for hearing, trial, arbitration or mediation. Ideal candidates must have two or more years of commercial and employment litigation experience but welcome all levels to apply. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Illinois. Duties and responsibilities include drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters and other documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for, attending and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts and other counsel; and drafting and arguing motions. Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language is required.
