Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, search, and webinars.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for asset delivery and work with agencies for campaign launches.
- Monitor lead flow to sales and maintain database hygiene with list segmentation and data enrichment.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and Cost Per Lead (CPL) to inform strategy.
- Monitor weekly performance dashboards and conduct A/B tests on email subject lines and landing pages.
- Help the Director understand campaign effectiveness and optimize for incremental improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales operations, with internship experience counting.
- Familiarity with or desire to learn tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Ad Platforms.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data, strong writing skills for copy, and agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
